Brachot

Both brachos on this page come from Sefer Brachos, which you are given on your first login. See Skills and Sefarim.

Sleep through a full night in a bed. While you are still in bed, or shortly after getting up, type the whole Modeh Ani line in chat:

modeh ani lefanecha melech chai vekayam shehechezarta bi nishmati bchemla raba emunasecha

You earn Kosher Points once each morning.

Transliteration does not need to be exact. These versions work:

Word Accepted forms
Modeh modeh, modah, mode
Lefanecha lefanecha, lfanecha, l'fanecha, lifanecha
Vekayam vekayam, v'kayam, vkayam, vekayaim
Shehechezarta shehechezarta, sheh'he'chezarta
Nishmati nishmati, nishmasi
Emunasecha emunasecha, emunatecha, emunascha
Raba raba, rabah, rabbah
Melech melech, melekh

Capital letters and punctuation are ignored. One typo or one missing word is forgiven, and a failed attempt stays private. You will get a quiet message asking you to try again.

A newly placed mezuzah is not yet valid until you say its bracha in normal chat:

Baruch Ata Hashem Elokeinu Melech Haolam Asher Kidishanu B'mitzvotav V'tzivanu Likbo'a Mezuzah

Spelling is forgiving here too. boruch/baruch, atah/ata, and bmitzvosav/b'mitzvotav all work, and apostrophes do not matter.

One word does have to be right: Elokeinu. We say Elokeinu because the real Name of Hashem is not said outside of davening, so we use this form in its place. Type the actual Name and the bracha will not be accepted.

The full mezuzah system is on the Mezuzos page.
